Creamy Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
  • 6 Zucchinis
  • 1/2 An Onion
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of Mexican Crema
  • 1 Tbsp of Chicken Bouillon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 Of a cup of Milk
  • Directions
    Step 1
    Boil your Zucchini with your half an onion and clove of garlic until fully cooked
    Step 2
    Put your zucchini, onion and garlic on the liquidizer with 4 cups of that zucchini stock and add your mexican crema, chicken bouillon, and salt and pepper until fully incorporated
    Step 3
    Return to pan and slow hit your soup until desired warmth and add your milk
    Step 4
    Remove from heat and ready to serve. Decorate soup with a swirl of mexican crema
