Chicken Tacos

Description

Easy and affordable meal that you can make for any gathering or enjoy on any normal day

Ingredients
  • 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
  • 1 pack of corn tortillas
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of grated queso fresco
  • salsa of preference to taste
  • 1 cup of shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 finely chopped roma tomato
  • mexican crema to taste
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • Directions
    Step 1
    Shred your rotisserie chicken and put aside in a bowl
    Step 2
    In a pan, heat up your oil until hot
    Step 3
    Heat up your corn tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds and start assembling your tacos
    Step 4
    Roll your tacos and secure them with a toothpick
    Step 5
    Carefully place your tacos in the hot oil and fry them until light brown
    Step 6
    Remove your tacos and place in paper towel to remove excess oil
    Step 7
    To plate, make a bed with your shredded lettuce and chopped tomato Add your tacos and top them with your mexican crema, salsa, sliced avocado and your queso fresco
